This bathroom was such an accomplishment and a testament to the benefits of patience and preplanning a project before execution. I was able to prepare a full detailed cost estimate, as with all projects, to better understand the level of finishes and intervention that suited our budget and aesthetics. This project took me 3 months to complete from full demolition stripped down to the studs to final competition of final photos. The entire scope of all framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical, tiling, final trim work, glass shower install, mirror install was completely done solo, needless to say there we’re many multiple beer nights and lots learned
